These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QRJee, a product of Tokry Softtech LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using QRJee, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QRJee, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

QRJee is a business management platform that provides:

  • QR code generation for businesses
  • Google review management and templates
  • Dashboard visualization of business information
  • Business insights for owners through Google Business Profile integration
  • Display of Google reviews and ratings to help businesses monitor customer feedback

QRJee integrates with Google services to display data to authenticated users within their personal dashboard.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Google Account Integration

When you connect your Google account to QRJee:

  • You authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You confirm you have the authority to connect the Google Business accounts you link
  • You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's Terms of Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a quarterly, annual, or biennial basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse QRJee services, including but not limited to:

  • Posting fake or misleading reviews
  • Violating Google's Terms of Service or review policies
  • Using the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
  • Accessing data belonging to other users
  • Using the service in any way that could damage our reputation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QRJee are owned by Tokry Softtech LLP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the service will immediately cease
  • We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • QRJee and Tokry Softtech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of data retrieved from third-party services including Google

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
